Required :
* Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
* Heavy analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented; able to QA own work
* Fluent in English
* Internet experience preferred
* DART Search experience a plus
* Ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in finance, actuarial science, applied mathematics, statistics, mathematics or economics.
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Logical analysis skills
* Advanced spreadsheet capabilities
* High competency in MS Excel and Access
* Basic understanding of statistics
* Understanding of direct marketing concepts and principles preferred
* Internet experience preferred

* Shift timings would be from : 3pm to 12am. for Search Analyst
* & 8pm to 5 am for Bid Strategist.
* Job Responsibilities :
* Assist the onshore Account Managers and Associate Account Managers in the day-to-day operation of their clients' paid search programs.
* Produce and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports
* Analyze data (impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversion rate, sales, ERS, actions, cost per action, etc.) in order to advise on how to best optimize the program
* Traffic and update campaigns through DART Search
* Optimize campaigns through processes like:
* Link Checking
* Restructuring
* Geo-targeting – Implementation
* Match Type Changes
* Perform Quality Assurance
* Monitor trademark infringement by other companies using paid search
* Assist with completion Daily, Weekly, and Monthly QA checklists
* Perform any additional tasks as needed by the Account Managers
* Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak times
* Perform daily portfolio analysis on client performance
* Identify opportunities for improvement and address them
* Perform maintenance functions in technology interface (adding keywords to strategies, changing strategy goals, creating new strategies, moving keywords between strategies, etc.)
* Ensure client account and/or campaign budgets are spent evenly and completely during the calendar or fiscal month as appropriate
* Ensure that client account and/or portfolio ROI goals are met, that sales are optimized, and that budget is not wasted on poorly performing termsAbout company :
