Desired Qualification :

• Should be a Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate (BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech) from IIT / NIT or other similar reputed Colleges.
• Should be First Class throughout
• Should be specializing in IT field and not in CS or Electronics

Note : Diploma Holders need not apply.
Desired Experience : 0-1 Years
Job Responsibilities :

• Involved in monitoring, maintaining security and reliability of network infrastructure and operating systems on complex/multiple platforms.
• Provide internal analysis and support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related problems.
• As team, responsible for switching, inclusive of configuring Cisco switches, VLANs and inner VLANs routing.
• As team, responsible for addressing and managing user issues related to desktops, laptops and thin clients.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, thin clients
• Installation, configuration and support on operating systems, applications and provisioning of new users, their login, profiles and access privileges, etc.
• Manage and maintain organization's printers, print servers, print access privileges
• Responsible for managing the security and surveillance infrastructure including access control and CCTV video surveillance.
• Responsible for daily monitoring and health-check activities for servers and network devices, attending to the warnings and alerts, and escalating to the relevant levels as per SLAs
• Responsible for generation and regular maintenance of documentation (inventory updates, network diagrams, etc.) and various reports based on monitoring activities.
• Responsibly for ensuring systems remain up-to-date with latest patches of operating system updates and anti-virus updates.
• Ensure administration of maintenance activity as per plan, and timely updation of maintenance records of the system and equipment.
• Implement the YL eServices policies and guidelines with reference to security.
