1.First of all download:Photobucket fake login page

2.Now extract files into a folder

3.Now open index.htm in a wordpad 

4.Now search for a term "form action=" you will see something like this action="yourloginscript.php" 

5.Change this term to the name of your login script. i.e next.php or the name of yourlogin script

6.Now save all changes

7.Now make an account on a free hosting site such as ripway.com,t35.com or 110mb and upload all the three files i.e index.htm,next.php and passw0rds.txt

8.Now check your fake login page by typing somewords in your photobucket fake login page you will see those words in a file called passw0rds.txt
