Job Description: Manage technical queries and complaints; provide troubleshooting support and direct unresolved queries to the concerned teams.
Skills/Experience:
- BE/ BTech , MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers) or Graduation with a specialization in Computers.
- Knowledge of Basic Networking, Oerating Systems, Remote Connectivity and ISP
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
