  • Industrial Design-Consumer Electronics, Hitech & Retail (Work location: Bangalore)
  • experience in designing handheld devices, home appliances, retail products and Point of Sale solutions
  • hands-on 3D modeling skills in Rhino/Solidworks/Alias.
  • Industrial Design- Medical Products (Work location: Chennai)
  • experience in designing medical product solutions
  • Experience in conducting user, market and technology centric research specific to capturing VOC, generating MRD and authoring Usability documents is preferred
  • Hands-on 3D modeling skills in Rhino/Solidworks/Alias
  • Engineering Design- Aero Domain (Work location: Bangalore)
  • Flight control & Pilot control system products like throttle box, control rods etc with Unigraphics NX-6, PDM tools like Team center, Tolerance stack up analysis, GD&T, ANSI Y14.5M.
  • Experience with gear box and fuel / hydraulic / pneumatic Valves, using Catia V5 R18, 3D (Complex) modeling and 2D drawings, Castings , Assemblies, Tolerance stack up analysis, GD&T, ANSI Y14.5M
  • Engineering Design- Consumer Electronics/Industrial manufacturing (Work location: Bangalore)
  • Experience in working on Hand held devices/Consumer Electronics products/Vacuum cleaners
  • Extensive experience in plastic/sheet metal /die casting designs for mechanical / micro mechanisms
  • Extensive knowledge on GD&T and DFX
  • Cad tools: Pro E/Solid Works
  • Engineering Design-Fire & Safety (Work location: Bangalore)
  • Design experience of fire detection, suppression and security products
  • Design experience of products like valves, Pumps, sprinklers
  • Designing of Sprinkler layouts, hydraulic calculations of fire suppression
  • Understanding of NFPA standards and P&ID diagrams
  • Cad Tools: Inventor/ Revit MEP / Solid works / Pro E
  • Engineering Design-Telecom enclosures/Networking products/Office automation (Work location: Bangalore/Chennai)
  • Engineering design in CAD environment and ability to come up with design solution from a product specification
  • Experience on Material selection/Plastics and Sheet metal part and assembly design knowledge/Metal finishing process
  • GD & T and stack up analysis
  • Engineering Design-Oil & Gas (Work Location: Chennai)
  • Design engineers with sub-sea equipment design experience
  • Experience on sub-sea equipment analysis experience
  • Piping design & analysis engineers with PDMS, CAESAR II skills

  • Experience on Non-Linear FEA simulation
  • Working knowledge on Abaqus, with expertise in elastic and hyper elastic material models.

  • Experience on thermal analysis of Electronic systems and sub-system, especially in Telecom, Automotive and Aerospace domain.
  • Working knowledge in Flotherm/Icepack.
  • Reliability Engineering (Work location: Bangalore)
  • Reliability, safety and maintainability analysis as per ARP 4761 /aerospace practice
  • Experience in FTA, FMEA, and Prediction using RELEX /CAFTA /RELIASOFT and analyze independently system information (circuit diagram /2or3D model)
  • Technical Publication (Work location: Bangalore)
  • Strong experience in Technical Publications Tools (Interleaf, FrameMaker, Arbortext Editor (SGML), Ultra XML and IsoDraw CAD Process, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw)
  • Strong experience in Technical Publications Standards (ATA100, ATAiSpec2200, ATA101, S1000D and ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English (AECMA)).
