Application Fee : The Demand Draft of Rs.125/- (Rs.75/- for SC/ST/PH/Women/Ex.-SM) issued from any scheduled bank should be drawn in favour of "E.S.I. Corporation, Account No.-1 D(M)D, payable at New Delhi.
How to Apply : Applicants in the prescribed form complete in all respects and enclosing attested copies of all essential certificates are to be sent in a cover superscribed "Application for the post of ____________" by Registered Post / Speed Post so as to reach on or before 30/11/2010 (07/12/2010 from far-flung areas) to The Director (Admn.), ESI Scheme, Dispensary Complex, Tilak Vihar (Tilak Nagar).
